Delete your account
How to delete your account and data in Little Canvas Tales.
In the app (fastest)
- Open the app and go to the Settings tab.
- While signed in, tap 계정 삭제 (Delete account) at the bottom.
- Confirm in the dialog. Your account is deleted right away and this cannot be undone.
To delete just one story, open 내 동화책 (My Stories) and tap 삭제 (Delete) on that story.
If you cannot use the app (request by email)
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify it is you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept

| Account (email) and profile | Deleted |
| Uploaded drawings, stories, illustrations, remaining credits | Deleted (backups, if any, within 30 days) |
| Purchase and credit records | Kept for 5 years as required by Korean law, disconnected from your account so they no longer identify you |
| Reports about AI results | Kept for 1 year after handling, disconnected from your account |
Please note
- Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your account does not stop store billing.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered.
